Payment of Tuition and Fees
【University】 Deadlines and methods of payment except iCLA
Payment of tuition and other fees (tuition, educational enhancement fee, etc.) must be paid by the deadline. In principle, tuition and other fees should be paid for one year at a time. It is also possible to pay tuition and other fees in two installments (Spring semester and Fall semester). The payment deadlines are as follows.
Semester | Spring | Fall |
---|---|---|
Deadlines | April 5 | September 1 |
Around mid-March and mid-July, we will send a “Notice of Tuition Fee Payment” to your registered address at the university. Please use the money transfer form included in the letter to pay your tuition fees.
You can send your tuition fees through flywire: It is very convenient because you can send money in local currency and there is no handling charge.
Please go to the following website (yamanashi gakuin University-Long Term Program) and follow the procedure for payment.
https://www.flywire.com/pay/ynu/
※International Exchange Center has payment guildlines in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese.
Deferred payment
If you are unable to pay your tuition fees by the above deadline due to your family’s financial situation, you must obtain permission to defer payment (delay payment). Please submit an “Application for Extension of Payment of School Fees and Other Costs” to the Student Center. Even if the deferral is approved, you must pay your tuition fees by the next deadline at the latest.。
