(3) Admissions Policy (AP) We seek individuals: foreign language learning ability. Because almost all courses are taught in English, students are required to have a high school level of English language proficiency at the time of admission. In addition, students are required to have basic knowledge of Japanese, mathematics, science, civics, and geography and history in order to take a wide range of liberal arts courses. People who have critical, creative, independent, and global thinking skills, and the ability to express their thoughts appropriately in English and Japanese. Independence, diversity, and collaboration People who are curious about different cultures and highly motivated to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds to solve common problems in order to play an active role in the international community. 6
