The recent outbreak of the “new coronavirus” that began in Wuhan, China, has resulted in multiple deaths around the world. Therefore, I would like to urge everyone who is going back to China, traveling to China, or interacting with people who are coming back from China, especially at this time of the year, to take the following “precautionary” and “response” measures. The same applies to international students returning to their home countries.
If you are going to travel overseas, such as for a short visit to your home country, you must submit a “Travel Report” to the International Center.
① Avoid non-essential overseas travel
② Wear a mask
（a）Change the mask at least once a day
（b）Do not touch the front side of the mask when attaching and detaching it.
③ Wash your hands
（a）The joints of the fingers and between them
（b）Wrinkles in the palm of the hand
（c）Up to the wrist
④ Gargle regularly
⑤ Avoid contact with animals.
① If you have any of the following symptoms, continue with the “Preventive Measures” and seek medical advice immediately
（a）Continued coughing （b）having a fever
② Call the medical institution to inform them of where you are staying and your symptoms.
